What we offer

Our customized ELEVATE program is unique to every athlete that steps foot into the gym. Each athlete’s program combines strength, mobility, and sport specific movement to create the blueprint for their individual development.

Performance Assessment

Medical Assessment

We start by making sure every athlete is healthy and cleared for training.

  • Injury History Review: Discuss past injuries and current limitations.

  • Movement Readiness Check: Screen for any red flags that could limit safe participation.

  • Posture & Mobility Scan: Identify imbalances that may impact performance or increase injury risk.

Strength & Power Testing

Next, we measure baseline strength and power to track progress over time.

  • Lower Body Strength: Squat variations, jump testing, force output analysis.

  • Upper Body Strength: Push/pull tests, grip strength.

  • Power Output: Explosive movements; vertical jump, broad jump, and medicine ball throws.

Sport-Specific Movement Screening

Finally, we evaluate how the athlete moves in relation to their sport/position.

  • Speed & Agility: Sprint mechanics, change of direction, acceleration/deceleration ability.

  • Coordination & Balance: Single leg stability and control testing.

  • Skill Specific Drills: Movement patterns that mimic the demands of the athlete’s sport.

Strength Program

Foundational Strength Development

We start by teaching proper movement mechanics and building a solid base:

  • Squat, hinge, push, pull, and core stability patterns

  • Emphasis on form, safety, and controlled progression

  • Injury prevention strategies and corrective exercises

Power & Explosiveness

Once the foundation is built, we add speed and power development:

  • Olympic lifting progressions (age and skill appropriate)

  • Plyometric and jump training to improve explosiveness

  • Medicine ball throws for rotational power and sport transfer

Performance Tracking & Progression

Every athlete’s program is tracked and updated regularly:

  • Individualized loads and progressions based on testing results

  • Regular re-testing to measure strength gains and adjust programming

  • Data driven approach to show real, measurable improvement

Speed and Agility

Sprint Mechanics & Acceleration

We break down running technique step by step:

  • Proper sprint posture and arm action

  • Explosive first step and start mechanics

  • Drills to improve stride length, frequency, and ground contact time

Change of Direction & Agility

Athletes learn to stop, start, and redirect with precision:

  • Cutting, deceleration, and re-acceleration mechanics

  • Multi-directional footwork patterns

  • Sport specific agility

Reactive & Game-Speed Training

We prepare athletes for the chaos of competition:

  • Reaction time development using visual and auditory cues

  • Small sided competitions to mimic game situations

  • Plyometric progressions for explosive power and injury prevention
